Tonight, I will attempt to breathe life into a recipe called Baked Summer Squash (see: http://www.thekitchn.com/recipe-baked-summer-squash-60018).
So far, it looks like this:
I had to sub-in zucchini and sub-out squash, because I bought spaghetti squash thinking "hey all things are equal" when, really, no they're not.
Also, I couldn't figure out how to cut it.
On a scale of 1 to Jamie Oliver, I don't think I did half bad. Maybe a 7. Those brown splotches? That's where I thought I'd *improvise* by artfully drizzling balsamic oil over the dish like they do on the Food Network. (Nailed it.)
